I've been selling an apartment in Lima, we are finalizing everything now (my power of attorney is, I'm in the U.S.). I want to fly into Lima as quick as possible, the checks will be already waiting for me at the notary. Is it possible to get the checks, go to the bank and wire all the money same day? (I have Scotiabank)
