So I am looking for the best and most authentic Aji Amarillo sauce available in the US. There are a few I have found but maybe there is a better one. Of course there is the paste...but its really salty and isn't like the sauce i had in Peru. Then there is Tari which anyone who's been to Peru knows..but it is NOT like restaurant or homemade Aji Amarillo. It tastes like flavored mayo to me. I found this Aji Amarillo Sauce on google...and its also on Amazon. But has anyone tried it??
