I have family in Peru and I have been sending money with Western Union from the USA, every month for the last 5 years with no problems until now. My partner is waiting for Western Union to review her information before she is allowed to collect and receive the money I sent. But she needs the money now since it is already the new month of July. Has anybody here faced the same problem and how long did it take to be fixed? I was able to use MoneyGram once but only sent a small amount because it was my first time and wanted to be sure everything was fine. It was fine and when I tried to send more money again, MoneyGram is now giving me the same problem like Western Union. I am not committing fraud or doing anything illegal.
