hi guys! i’m an american and i have a friend that’s peruvian and we both are passionate about cooking and baking. i want to try and make peruvian dishes with an american twist to them (and vice versa) just because i think it’ll be fun testing out and trying a fusion that represents our friendship! anyways, im having trouble getting started with the dishes. what peruvian food can you customize in many ways during the cooking process and still have it taste good?
