Looking for pharmacies in Lima area that sell controlled substances like codeine phosphate and alprazolam over the counter with no prescription

As title says.. I’m in Lima for 2 weeks, visiting from the US, looking to buy codeine and alprazolam. 50 soles for anybody that can point me in the right direction, or I’ll pay double what the substances are worth if anybody has any and is willing to sell to me.. DMs are open, thanks!
